Why am I here?
I'm so tired of reading blogs that are all rainbows and butterflies.
Where are the real moms? Where are the real moms who have spit up on their shirt from…well…who knows when that got there?
It's so hard to be a mom and know what the right thing is for our kids. Right now we are struggling with reflux and allergy issues in our little one, and it is hard. It's so hard to watch your baby suffer. What's even harder is that people are always jumping up and telling us what to do. "Just give him formula!" "Have you tried cutting everything out just incase." "My second cousin's friend's uncle's little boy had the same thing when he was a baby. He's 24 now, but I think they cut out eating brownies and it helped." WHAT?! Thanks for your advice, but come on!
I need real moms to tell me…it's hard. You're doing great.
If you're reading this…it's hard, but you're doing great! We are all just trying to do the best we can, and we all love our little ones so much.
I want an honest mom community with REAL moms. We don't all have a perfect house and perfectly clean kids, but that's ok!
